If you change your mind

Should you wish to return your item because you changed your mind or no longer need it, you may do so within 14 days of your order being delivered. To request a return under these grounds, please send us an email on info@fotografixx.co.uk or a message through our Contact Us page to request a Returns Authorisation Number.

When we receive your email, we will send you a brief form simply asking why you wish to return the goods for our records. Please include this in the parcel when you send the items back to us. You are, of course, more than welcome to reuse the packaging we used to send the products to yourself. If you are returning the goods because you changed your mind, we do not cover the cost of postage. In this case, please obtain a proof of postage when you post the item.

If items arrive damaged or not as expected

If the item arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of the products being delivered to yourself. This simply gives us the best chance of being able to trace what happened and why it happened to ensure it doesn't happen again, especially if the items were likely to be damaged by the courier. Does your order contain personalised items?

If you have placed an order for personalised goods, we can only accept returns if the items are damaged or there is an error on the product that is the fault of ourselves. In the case of personalised greeting cards, we ask that you double check the spelling of names you give us to ensure that it is correct. These names are copied straight into our template, so double checking the spelling is important.

In the case of save the date cards, wedding invitations and similar, we give you the option when you purchase your goods to receive a proof via email for you to confirm the spellings and details are correct. This gives you a chance to double check the information you have given us, as well as ensuring that everything has been entered correctly. Once we have received approval of a design proof, no further changes can be made and we can not be held accountable for any errors, unless the information on the finished product does not match the proof we sent you. If you opt not to receive this proof, we can not be held accountable for any mistakes made in the information you provide us with when placing the order.

If you believe that there is an error on the design that is our fault, please send us an email on info@fotografixx.co.uk or a message through our Contact Us page explaining what you believe the error to be. If relevant, please include an image of the goods you have received where the mistake can be seen. If there is a mistake, we can then work with you to either send you a replacement set, or refund you for your order. In both cases, we would request the incorrect set are returned to us. In this case, we will send you a pre-paid returns label. Simply take the parcel with our label attached to your local Post Office and they will be able to give you a proof of postage.
